Aniin!!
I make all my drums as traditional as I can. I make the frames from Cedar Logs from Michigan's Upper Peninsula, where I live. The glue holding them together I make myself from raw hide. The hides are White tailed deer hides from deer taken from my local area. The stain used on the face of the drum is made by myself using walnut shells. The handles have stones in them and they are from our traditional fishing shores on Lake Superior. Each drum is smudged through out the making of it and feasted. All drums also come with a beater. If you should ever have a problem with a drum i.e. a lashing snaps or gets damaged in an accident I can repair the drum for you.  Beaters are also available separately, they are between 17" and 20" in length, I'd be happy to make one for you, special orders are always welcome on all my items. ~ David
